Using MedSimAI
A concise guide to account access, clinical simulation workflows, safe data handling, and support.
Getting access
Access is provided by a participating institution or MedSimAI administrator. Use the institutional sign-in method when one is available, and contact your administrator if your role or organization is incorrect.
For learners
Open an assigned course or activity, review its instructions, complete the simulated encounter, and submit any required notes or reflections. Results and feedback appear only when released for that activity.
For educators and administrators
Authorized educators can manage courses, activities, cases, rubrics, assignments, and review workflows. Organization administrators can manage institution-scoped access and review available audit information.
Privacy and safe use
Use synthetic or appropriately de-identified scenarios. Do not enter real patient identifiers or protected health information unless a written agreement expressly authorizes it. Never share passwords or security codes.
